Abstract Dominiak (2022) takes the position that, according to libertarian philosophy, there should be no such thing as unjust enrichment. If is, beneficiary legally obligated jettison his gains in favor of benefactor. The present paper issue with that stance; it maintains while is indeed, course, enrichment, and many cases must indeed give up benefits, are also counter examples which this not indicated.
